trng today with wang soooooooooooo fun!!!!! i would hardly consider it intensive mann... heehee and i didn't have to do all that many pushups.:D:D:D:D:D however my thighs are dying, ju i know a fraction of how you feel now. ok so the centralized training peeps are coming back to train with us, yay!!!!!! ccab reunited... oh yes and WRITE IN MY AUTOGRAPH BOOK!!!! even rachel (yip). momo and joey don't need to unless you want cos i'll be seeing yall around in sch.
